Returns & claims

The following only applies to international orders

It can take up to 10 business days after receipt at the warehouse for the order to be returned and the money refunded.

All returns must be made through our returns portal here.

1. Enter your order number and email address

2. Select which product(s) you want to return and the reason for the return. For any reasons, you must attach a comment.

3. Choose return method.

4. Select return reason

5. Review the details of your request and choose whether you want a refund to a credit card or gift card. If you choose a gift card, we will give you an extra 10% back in bonus💛

7. The shipping label is now ready for download.

Remember to get a receipt for the submission.

The return shipping fee is 75 DKK, which will be deducted from the purchase amount upon refund.

We would like to point out that we only receive packages that have a valid order number listed.

If packages are returned in any other way, That's Mine reserves the right to reject packages and they will be returned to sender.

We encourage you to reuse the packaging in which the order was received for return.

You have a 30-day right of return when you shop at That's Mine. This applies from the day the package is picked up/received.

In connection with the purchase of Christmas gifts, we are extending the right of return until 31/01/27.

Return conditions

  • Items being returned must be in original packaging without any signs of use.
  • The goods can be returned up to 30 days after receipt.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded.

Condition of the item upon return.

  • The item must be in original packaging.
  • The item must not show signs of wear, stains or damage, or smell of external odors such as perfumes and smoke.
  • It must have the original labels on the clothing.

Refund.

We will refund the money to the same payment card used for the purchase.

Responsibility for returns.

As the buyer, you are responsible until the item is returned to That's Mine. This requires valid documentation that the return package has been shipped on time, such as a shipping receipt.

It is not possible to cancel a purchase by not picking up the package. If the package is returned due to non-pickup, That's Mine will be charged an additional return cost. This amount will be offset against the refund amount when the order has been returned. This applies to both "receipt refused" and "package not picked up".

Complaint.

If you are unfortunate enough to receive a That's Mine product with a defect or the product is broken, please contact customer service as soon as possible at hello@thatsmine.dk with the following information:

- Order number
- Brief description of the error
- Pictures of the error

If the product was purchased from a That's Mine retailer, i.e. not at www.thatsmine.com, the retailer must be contacted. That's Mine does not accept items purchased from other retailers.

A 24-month warranty is offered for a product from the date of purchase.
That's Min reserves the right to reject a complaint if the error has occurred as a result of incorrect use of the product.
