We process your order within 1-2 business days. Your order is then shipped with the choosen carrier, which can take 2-8 business days depending on the destination. You can always track your order with your package number that will be sent to your email after ordering.

If you are unfortunate enough to receive a That's Mine product with a defect or the product is broken, please contact customer service as soon as possible at hello@thatsmine.dk with the following information:

- Order number
- Short description of the defect
- Pictures of the defect

No. If the product is purchased from a That's Mine retailer, i.e. not at www.thatsmine.com, the retailer must be contacted. That's Mine does not accept products purchased from other retailers.
